OnSite® HIV/Syphilis /HBV/HCV Panel Rapid Test

The OnSite® HIV/Syphilis/HBV/HCV Panel Rapid Test is a lateral flow chromatographic immunoassay for the qualitative detection and differentiation of hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) and antibodies to HIV-1, HIV-2, Treponema pallidum (Tp), and HCV in human serum, plasma, or whole blood.

This antigen-antibody panel rapid test is a noninvasive diagnostic method and can be performed in 15 minutes by minimally skilled personnel without using laboratory equipment.

HIV 1+2 Ab Test

  • Sensitivity:  100%
  • Specificity: 100%
  • Overall Agreement: 100%

Syphilis Ab Test

  • Sensitivity:  100%
  • Specificity: 99.0%
  • Overall Agreement: 99.3%

HBsAg Test

  • Sensitivity:  100%
  • Specificity: 99.7%
  • Overall Agreement: 99.8%

HCV Ab Test

  • Sensitivity:  99.5%
  • Specificity: 100%
  • Overall Agreement: 99.8%

Cross-Reactivity: No false positive results were observed on 5-10 positive specimens of dengue, HAV, HBV, HCV, HEV, HIV, pallidum, ANA, HAMA, RF (up to 8400 IU/mL), pregnant women, respectively.

Interference: No interference was seen with bilirubin (20 mg/dL), EDTA (3.4 µM), salicylic acid (4.34 mmol/L), creatinine (442 µmol/L), heparin (3000 U/L), human IgG (1000 mg/L), glucose (5.5 mmol/L), sodium citrate (1.5%)
