The RecombiLISA® HIV 1+2 Ag/Ab ELISA is a solid phase enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for the qualitative detection of HIV-1 P24 antigen, anti-HIV-1 including subtype O and anti-HIV-2 antibodies (including isotype IgG, IgM and IgA) in human serum or plasma.

It is the latest generation for the simultaneous detection of the presence of anti-HIV antibodies and HIV antigens.
